Steve started his career with North One's previous incarnation - Chrysalis Television. After running both Channel 4's ground-breaking Italian Football coverage and Top Ten... - the channel's Saturday night factual entertainment strand, Steve spent a decade as Channel 5's head of factual entertainment and sport. He returned to North One in 2013 and oversees the development and production of new and existing programme brands - with a particular focus on the company's
non-sports output.

Dan leads North One's finance team. Since qualifying at Kingston Smith in 2010, Dan worked at Studio Lambert & All3Media before joining North One in 2019.

Across his 30 years in TV, Ewan’s worked in a lot of areas: news, sports coverage, drama, game shows, food shows, chat shows, fashion, tech shows, car shows and gardening shows ... During his time at North One, he was one of the team who created The Gadget Show, has directed Guy Martin shows for ten years and created a number of travelogues with Paul Hollywood.

Brummie born and bred, James has more than 20 years' experience in making specialist factual and factual entertainment series for all the major broadcasters. He's an expert in filming things that are mildly dangerous, like experiments involving live machine gun fire or Chernobyl's Reactor 4.

Work Experience Placements
North One welcomes applications from those in education who require work experience as part of their course. Please note we can only accept students who are 18+. For graduates, we are open to exploring work shadowing opportunities where it is possible.
