DAIRY FARMER
Guy travels to a remote island in the Hebrides to live and work on a dairy farm during calving season. After learning the ropes, he is challenged to milk a herd of cows by himself.

MINER
Guy Martin goes to work in the UK's last deep mine, one mile below the North Sea. It's punishing work, in blistering heat, with very real dangers around every corner.
Guy Martin has never been cut out for an office job, he prefers the kind of graft that gets your hands dirty – what he calls Proper Jobs.
They're the sort of demanding professions that are often overlooked, performed dutifully by the everyday heroes who proudly keep the country running.
This series Guy will join the RNLI crew at the busy Humber Lifeboat Station near his hometown of Grimsby, drill 1 mile beneath the North Sea in the UK's last deep mine, milk dairy cows on a remote island in the Hebrides and get stuck into the hazardous world of HGV recovery.
Guy will fully immerse himself by living and working alongside the extraordinary people who do these jobs day in, day out, and find out whether he could do them too.
TRUCK RESCUE
Guy Martin joins Crouch Recovery, a multi-generational family business who rescue crashed or broken-down HGVs. He learns the physics of truck recovery, drives a £400,000 lorry and operates a crane during a complex rescue.
